CPKC Photography Foundation & Certificate Pathway — Levels 01 & 02
One integrated pathway covering Levels 01 and 02. 12 teaching weeks, 120 hours in total and 10 hours per week; delivery may span approximately four calendar months for holidays, assessment and make-up sessions. Start date, venue, lecturers and detailed timetable will be confirmed. Full payment of LKR 145,000 is required; instalments are not offered. The initial intake has 50 paid places, followed by a waitlist. Applications open 16 October 2026.
What you will learn
Orientation and safety; cameras and lenses; photographic fundamentals; digital imaging; exposure; lighting; composition; visual storytelling; editing; portrait, outdoor and event photography; portfolio development.
What you will create
Practise exposure and composition, develop portraits and outdoor images, work on event photography and assemble a portfolio. Levels 01 and 02 remain separate academic components within this single commercial programme.
Your learning workspace and support
Digital textbook entitlement, LMS lessons and downloads, coursework, quizzes, assessments, tutor feedback and portfolio development. Printed materials depend on arrangements and availability. Separate CPKC-issued Level 01 and Level 02 certificates follow successful completion of each level; no external accreditation is claimed. Schedules, lecturers and venues may change for academic, administrative or operational needs; material changes will be communicated.
