These terms govern access to the CPKC website, learning platform and mobile app.

Provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials private and use only accounts you are authorised to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report suspected misuse. Google sign-in is optional and is subject to Google's own terms as well as these terms.
Course availability, schedules, fees, assessment requirements, equipment access and certification conditions may vary by programme. Published programme-specific terms and formally accepted enrolment terms take priority where they provide more detail. CPKC certificates are internal certificates unless a programme explicitly states an approved external qualification or awarding arrangement.

Do not misuse the platform, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with service operation, scrape restricted information, or use learner, staff or employer data for an unauthorised purpose. We may restrict access while investigating security, safety, legal or policy concerns.
Certain images on this website are generated by AI and used for illustration and marketing. They may depict imagined people, places, activities or photographic outcomes, and do not necessarily show actual CPKC students, staff, venues, products or learning results. Illustrative comparisons are not evidence of a student’s progress. Confirmed event, course and product information is provided in the accompanying details.
This use of illustrative website imagery does not change the originality requirements for student portfolios or competition entries. Follow the applicable submission rules.
You retain ownership of original work you submit. You give CPKC the limited permission required to store, display, review and process that work for learning, assessment, certification, portfolio and support purposes you select or accept. Do not submit content that infringes another person's rights.
We work to keep services available and records accurate, but maintenance, provider outages and security incidents may cause interruptions. We may improve, replace or withdraw features where reasonably necessary while preserving authoritative academic and financial records and providing appropriate notice for material changes.
